Just an update on this issue.  It was closed today with the "working as
designed" as the IP address is part of the encryption seed.  I had
already brought up the design is flawed as it doesn't take into account
laptop computers that are often assigned different IP addresses as they
move between buildings or even around the world as individuals travel.
