We have a client that is accessing the remedy client through citrix.  They 
are wanting to run the out of the box crystal reports.  The problem that we 
are seeing is an error saying that they are providing the incorrect login 
parameters when running the reports.

I have found that they rpt file is copied to the correct directory on the 
citrix server and that the users have access to this file but when you try 
to run it the system puts zando in as the server instead of the correct 
server name.  

I have the citrix admin try to run the report manually and supply the 
correct server name and login parameters.  The same ones used to login to 
the remedy application and we get an arerror 90 meaning that it cant find 
the server.

We use the ip address and pass a port number but for some reason it is not 
finding the correct server.

Is or has anyone run the out of the box crystal reports for Help desk on 
citrix and gotten it to work?

I have opened a ticket with remedy but I have not heard back from them yet.
