Title: RE: Best ways to rollout new features.

It is best that you make a package to export to and then import that package onto the production environment.  I suggest trying this once or twice on your test server.  Take a snapshot of the present production environment and then take one of the test environment.  Make sure that you make all new mandatory fields have a default value.  Export all of the existing data from the production server into the test server after attempting to upgrade it.  This will point out where you need to smooth the upgrade and what you will need to fix after the upgrade is complete.

Subject: Best ways to rollout new features.

**
Sorry if someone has posted this before, I'm new to the list.  I was wondering if there is a good way to rollout new features and enhancements to existing forms?  We have a test box that we do all of our development work on and then push it to the production box.  Since we are new with remedy we've only done this once with some complications by exporting the form and importing it on production one at a time.  Is there was some type of way to rollout everything at once in some sort of package?
