This may be related to Patch 2 of ARS 7.0 (not 100% sure at this point).

This didn't happen until I installed patch 2. On another computer I
have patch 1 and it works fine.

Did you ensure these users have Fixed licenses?

Subject: Unable to Access Server in Admin Tool Except Demo User

ARS 7.0 p2
Administrator Tool 7.0 p2
Windows Server 2003
OOB ARS, no apps or customizations.

I can login to the Admin Tool as Demo and access the server objects as
usual. When I log in to the Admin Tool as any other user (with
Administrator access) there is a red circle with a red line through it
displayed next to the server name. The server is ARS 7.0 p2.

I have deleted and recreated test users with Administrator access and
even grant every permissions access available.

LDAP is setup and working - I have tried using LDAP to authenticate
(blank
password) and also setting a password in the User form.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

Stephen
