David, Check the Mid-tier host's timezone. My bet is that it is off, or the user preference TZ setting for the user your connecting to the Web Service with is wrong.

Hi James We have Eastern Timezone, with Daylight Saving Times set on our Windows server. Our Windows client (User tool) and Web Client (mid tier) are showing the proper timestamp. In the Web Services SOAP body... we are seeing (GMT-5) being passed in the Date/Time values from Remedy when we should be seeing (GMT-4 = Eastern time zone - daylight savings time) Is there another Date/Time setting that we are missing somewhere? All our Remedy timestamp are appearing one hour ahead on the Blackberry... which might seem to be timezone or daylight savings time related. We did notice that the web service SOAP response for these timestamp are (GMT -5) but we are in (GMT -4... Eastern Standard Time with Daylight savings enabled). We don't know why or where it is getting (GMT-5). Both the Remedy app server and the Remedy midtier server are running on Windows 2k3. Java 1.4.2. ARS 5.1.2 Any help, suggestions or tips are greatly appreciated thanks... dave _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at http://www.wwrug.org
