Hi,

I'm running:

MidTier 6.3, ARS 6.3, HD 5.6, New Altanta 5.0 with Hotfix from AUG 2006
Oracle 9i Version 2, UNIX 11i

When peforming a search on Help Desk ticket via the web, I put in the case 
id and depress enter; I receive "unable to set up data connection, which 
is preventing the application from working correctly. (ARRER 9351)

Checked Remedy web site, said to install the most current hotfix for New 
Atlanta.  Installed Hotfix from AUG 2006, same result.

Has anyone seen this error or know how to fix it????
