In the old version 4.03 of the Help Desk, the Status History was available for selection when running a query or doing a database pull.
In the new (old) version 6.0 the Status* History field is not available. Anyone have any idea where it is located? I need that for some reports that they have been generating on the old system and need for the new system. Thanks!
