The "coolest" thing I have seen recently is Abydos. This will intricately map out workflow to a plotter/file for review and documentation. It will also let you build a flowchart in their app for your process, that it will convert to coded workflow.

Hi guys...

I just got the magical email from the boss.  The one I look forward to
every year.  It's budget time!  For the most part this will be hell but
it also gives me the opportunity to buy some cool Remedy tools.

I know of many but I thought I'd send out an email in case there are
things that have popped up recently that I may have missed.  So - any
nominations?  I'm looking for those cool little toys that make Remedy
dev/mgmt easier.
