Remedy's supportweb site uses Mid-tier 5.1.1 if that helps.  The support
matrix for that version is no longer available as it was long ago
dropped from the supported versions.

Around that time, if I remember correctly, the only support jvm was the
ms jvm.  Good luck finding that anywhere.
