thanks, it is just a weird system, all the forms involved and the fields have Public permission, so it seems that it is not a permissions issue.
thanks

** Shafquat,
How do you want the end-users to run the reports? From the Report Console in ITSM? Using an AL in Remedy? Or just straight from Crystal?
In the first two cases (which I guess are the best options in many cases) you do not have to set the driver up at all, it would use your log in credentials from Remedy. You do have of course to have the driver installed on your system, but this is done in the user tool installation by default.
In the last case, you should set up the driver indeed.
If a report only works with Admin permissions, I guess you will have a field without appropriate permissions set up in your qualification or in the report's fields. It might also be that the user's group do not give him access to the form at all. Please check that.
Kind regards,
Michiel

Hia question about setting ODBC driver for Crystal reportsI have set up a driver with the user name Demo and the appropriate password and it works fine, except that the reports only run when the user has Admin permissions! any other user and the reports do not run. What would be the best way to set up the driver that the reports run for all users? Thanks for your help in advanceShafqat
