It looks like the mirror broke on the server and that one
of the two drives involved is dead. I will have to try and get the system
restored. Not a fun task at all.

first go for a system level restore if you have a backup of the system before it
went down.. might loose some transactional info that way but at least you would
be good to go from the point it went down at..
