Actually, this is fairly common.  Go into your user form, open the object_search_admin form, and modify the one record therein.  There is a 1/0 value - switch it to the other value.  That lets the applet know that it's not running, and can therefore restart.

Can you confirm your ARS patch details please.

Also ensure that you have removed the three object forms before starting the sync search operation.

You can also also try to run the operation from command prompt and see if you are coming across the same issue.

I have recently taken over Andy Admin's position, and in order to get a fair overview of how the old system is tied together I'm trying to run the Search Sync Database. Unfortunately, that little bugger does not seem to work properly. A windows opens, providing me with the following information:

Any tips, any hope, or will Mark Manager send me to Betty Brutal?
