We currently have a remedy web page that uses ldap for authentication. We also have a corporate web page that uses the ldap authentication. The corporate page has a link to the remedy page. They use this to submit, and update their own tickets.
Management would like the initial login to provide the login to remedy. I would assume that I would have to use a cookie to do this but has anyone done this before?
