Hello Listers,
If anyone out there is running the Remedy CSS application - I would like to know what are the contents of the AL:
SPRT:SHARE:Console:Refresh IssueHighlights
SPRT:SHARE:Console:Refresh IssueHighlights
Apparently there is a guide contained within this AL, but I have reasons to believe that the original guide has been accidentally 'changed' and then saved and this change had gone unnoticed thus later resulting in an error that they are currently experiencing here.
Unfortunately I do not have a clean installation of CSS to compare this AL with. So if anyone out there has a clean copy of this AL, could you please tell me what are the actions contained within it.
