have had the same problem before, seems to be related to login in remedy admin
with sometime short servername and sometime long, we cleaned up the def file and
now I only use short servername, the problem has gone away after that. /L

Subject: Filter ErrorsI'm trying to set a Name field on a form by searching SHR:People on a login. My set Field IF is: $Requester Login Name+$ = 'Login Name', If no requests Match: Set Fields to $NULL$ and if Multiple Requests Match: User First Matching Request.On a successful search I'm setting the Requester Name+ field to the 'Full Name' field from SHR:People form.For some reason I'm unable to save the filter because remedy thinks SHR:People is on a different server.I get the errors:Error with one of the field/assignments in the set filter/active link/escalation definition : CHG:Change (ARERR 168).
