Well, not everything is explained here karlochacon, but I will take a wild stab in the dark. You didn't show everything as you had it set up on the Change Request, but if you have this group set up in SHR:Assignment and if it is set up in such a way that you have it listed for multiple entries that match with your different regions/sites/departments and/or CTI's, and IF you did not select any specific CTI and/or did not select a requester that would populate the Region/Site/Department, then it's possible if you just selected the Group+ list that it will display all the possible matches for a ticket where essentially all those fields are NULL. You might scroll over on that matching list and see what else is included in the matches. Most likely it will indicate specific CTI and Region/Site/Department. I think if you do already have CTI's and Region/Site/Department combo set up on the request, then I would be confused too. Hope this helps. :) Candace
