We have heard a number of reports from users who have noticed that buttons that are type "URL" on our Start Page have disappeared on the web.
To correct it we have to always recache our web servers. It appears that the buttons that are constantly disappearing have computed groups in their Permission listing. Has anyone experienced this as well?
We are on ARS 6.3 patch 16 on the Application server and on the Mid Tier.
Remedy BMC advised us to move our Java version from 1.5 to 1.4 and we did that but still no luck (no surprise though).
