notification about the new support site)

Don't forget that this weekend BMC is converting to a new support site.
The support site will be down from Friday to Sunday at 7PM Central time.
Hmm...Central time, could it be hosted from Houston?  Just a lame guess.

Anyway, there are tutorials on how to use the new support site.  They've
finally upgraded from the 5.x mid-tier to I believe Mid-Tier 6.x or
greater.  Also, there going to be using the BMC Remedy Customer Support
and BMC Remedy Knowledge Management products on the new site.  They are
drinking their own Kool-Aide.  

I've actually ran through one of the tutorials last week.  It is a
little different than before, yet easy enough for most to figure out.
