This person would be responsible for maintaining the existing system as well as any future enhancements/customization requested by the users and business groups. As part of the job requirements, candidates will be expected to perform requirement gathering with end users in addition to the standard Remedy development. Much of the reporting will be done with Crystal Reports and the database being utilized is SQL Server. The client will be using Remedy Helpdesk, Asset Management and Change Management. Candidates should have extensive experience as a Remedy Developer and must be comfortable serving as a subject matter expert in this area. Any experience creating reports with Crystal Reports and integrating Remedy with SQL Server will be considered a plus. Successful candidates will be excellent communicators and well organized.
