Performance Issue

** Hi list   I have problems with the performance of my ARS Server.   I need advices or experiences to improve the performance.   My environment is: ARS Server 6.3 Remote DB with Oracle 9i OS Red Hat Linux Enterprise 3 2 GB RAM   My thread config. is min:2, max:6 list and fast. My current users are 65 so so.   My main table (SPRT:Issue, Customer Support App) have 370,000 records, and 1 unqualified query in this table take 3:30 minutes. And in general the System is slow when I search and Submit.   I got the SQL and API logs and I analized them with ARLogAnalizer, but I can´t find the problem.   Thanks in advance   Alex Salgado     __20060125_______________________This posting was submitted with HTML in it___
