Addis,

It is possible that the "report" is being generated by some API
program and sent via email too. So the ARS server may not actually
have any workflow that is generating the report data or the email.

I would start with the "AR System Email Messages" form. If you can
find the email being sent to the user in there, then there is workflow
to find. If you can not find the email in there, then there is an API
program to be found.

Please also note that if your Mailbox config is not set to "keep sent
email" then you still might not see the email in the Messages form
too. So if your configured that way then you need to turn to the
"watch the logs" approach that others have mentioned. (But I would
still watch for transactions in that form.)

You also might turn up logs on the Email Engine too.

Hi List,

ARS 5.1.2

A user receives a daily report coming from remedy notification and he
doesn't want to receive the email any longer. I checked every single
notification (filter and escalation) coming out from the form where the
report is generated. I don't see his name or the notification anywhere.
The email says From [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Is there anywhere else I should check besides the filters and escalations
associated to that form? Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Thanks,
