I am upgrading from ITSP to ITSM v7. I am trying to import my people
records over. I have brought over all the support group data, permission
data, people data, etc. However, none of my Support Staff people records
are creating any user records so none of my support staff can log in to my
development box.
My question is when migrating to v7 the only way I can get support user
accounts to work properly is manually create them through the configuration
tool. I have yet figured out a way to import records so that support
account records will work. Has anyone been able to import support staff in
V7 and could give me some direction on how to make it work or which forms I
need to import into.
