Cindy,

It's really easy, I just create a file with the Request ID in one column
and then the info that needs to be changed in the other columns.  Save
it to a .csv file and then use the Import Tool.

You have to change your preferences (in the Import Tool) to "Update Old
Record with New Record's Data."  

This is extremely helpful when we need to make a lot of changes to
multiple fields.

Can you tell me how you are able to update through an import?  In
reading this post, I'm interested in trying to figure out what you're
doing b/c we have a number of instances where an update through a
straight import would come in handy.

Or - are you importing a file and handling your data matching via
workflow?
