Axton, If it's an upgrade and not a patch then this is the one that we were also waiting for. We had gotten an email on the 5th that noted the release was going to be "within the next week." I thought that there would have been more of a formal announcement from BMC/Remedy. At least a note on the What's Hot on the Support web site given the Tech Alert: Upgrade to ARS 7.0 Unicode is not yet possible note on the site.
