All,

I am using ITSM 6.0 Helpdesk. We have created a lot of groups in the system that are very similar. The Remedy Support Panel is now displaying groups that individuals are not a member of due to the LIKE statements. (This happens when I select the Console View: Group)

My question is, is their a way to change the qualification so that we don't have to change all of the group names?

The qualification is:
