Attachment1 !300615200!: c:\work\REMEDY\Documentation\HDMail_Template.doc I get a remedy error... as follows.... Missing Attachment or Attachment dropped by email engine per configuration. C:\work docs\REMEDY\Documentation\HDMail_In_Template.doc The number is 4920. SO... I try to send that same email with the file actually attached to the email with the last line changed to.... Attachment1 !300615200!: HDMail_Template.doc I get the same error. How can I add an attachment to the email, and have it created as an attachment field in the Remedy Help Desk form?
