Please Help! Need Expert Advice on ITSM

** Hello list:   This request is a bit different, so please bear with me.   I work for the federal government, and my organization is currently discussing the possibility of replacing its existing homegrown Remedy-based application with the ITSM suite.  My knowledge of the current version of ITSM is somewhat limited, as I'm a from-scratch Remedy developer.  What I'm looking for is an ITSM guru who'd be willing to talk with me one-on-one and give me the straight scoop on what ITSM is capable of and what it isn't, what it's advantages and disadvantages are, etc.   I would seriously appreciate your time and effort, as this would help me out tremendously.  If you think you might be willing to help me, please contact me off list.   Thanks, Norm __20060125_______________________This posting was submitted with HTML in it___
