Unfortunately I believe that's caused by your Windows XP color scheme and cannot be changed programmatically in Remedy. You probably have the Blue color scheme set in XP...change it to Silver and look at your calendar widget then. The text should change to black.
Bigtime annoyance, considering the Blue color scheme is the Windows default.

On ARS 6.3 and Client 6.3, when you pull up a date/time field (on the
client), the month and year are almost impossible to read (the letters
are white and the background is grey). Is there anyway to change this?
Everything else is black on grey but the month and year.
