I am having problems with valid users attempting to login to our Remedy server on VLAN 8 from laptops on VLAN 25 within the firewall.  We've given each LAN proper access statements for each other on the router and we are getting (ARERROR 93 "Server Busy . . . try again later."), when it is not busy.  Router logs show something about CHECKSUMs not agreeing.  To paraphrase: The Remedy server was OK with UDP packet but did not like the TCP sent by the laptop and the login attempt times out with error 93.  Does anyone know what is going on here and how to resolve it?
