With the US and many other countries changing from back DST time this weekend, I was wondering how other admins handle the change.
We have users and support groups in more than 100 countries and twice a year our admin team had to manually update business hours. Only a few support groups are 24x7. To complicate things, some countries change at different times, while other countries go the opposite direction later this year (Ex: Brazil on Nov. 5). We are currently on a custom system but I am wondering if ITSM handles this automatically or if manual updates are required. Do you need to update the business hours ?
