I am in the process of configuring my 7.0 Applications. I have noticed that when I initially open Remedy going to the Home Page - and I click on the Incident Managment Link or if I go into the Application Administration Console to Setup People, Categories etc - when I click to View People link or another one of the links I receive the same message.
I get a Selection List Box - that has Return Components To1 listed 3 times. I just say OK and the form comes up just fine. But, I need to make this go away - or my users will be complaining if the first time they open the form it asks them this. Any one else have this problem.
