Stephen, I'm just curious why you couldn't use the Remedy SSO implementation? That's what we're using here and no probs so far.
I'm also confused about the User tool SSO. If you uncheck the prompt for password box, it'll auto log you in? Are you talking about making it so you can login to any workstation on the network, open the User tool and it will auto log you in?
