We have several pop3 incoming email accounts that remedy reads and 
processes.  The problem we are having is that if a user takes a screen shot 
and pastes it into the email then the screen shot will get lost in 
translation of the email in remedy.  Attachments work fine if they make a 
file of the screen shot and then attach it to the email but that is to many 
steps for many of our users.  Does anyone know how to grab this attachment 
even though it is not listed as an attachment in the email.  It does not 
appear as an attachment in the AR System Email Messages file.
