Funny this thread comes up again. I just ran into this yesterday. I started the install of HD, it bombed and had the same issue trying to install CMDB 1.1 p3 exactly as John originally described. It bombs after importing part of the CMDB so there is some shrapnel from the previous attempt. What worked for me was to delete the “OBJSTR” forms and any files created by the application installer(s), run the CMDB 1.1 p3 installer and then the HD 6.0 install.

<Rant>

Now only if I could have done CMDB 2.0.1 with ITSM 6 instead of 1.1 p3… I would have less clean up and hiding to do… But I can’t wait any longer for the official word… There are deadlines to make…

(Just saw an email from David Easter, maybe therein lies the answer?)

</Rant>
