Hi Stephen Looking at the workflow on the config form, it looks like the restriction on only having a single mailbox relates to MAPI, not SMTP. See filter 'AR System Email Mailbox Configuration Verify Unique MAPI Mail Box'
The other workflow check on this is filter 'AR System Email Mailbox Configuration Check Duplicates' which has the following qualification in the Push fields action that disables the 'other' mailbox record: ((( $Incoming Mail Server Name/IP$ = 'Incoming Mail Server Name/IP') AND ( $Incoming Mail Server User$ = 'Incoming Mail Server User') AND ( $Incoming Mail Server Name/IP$ != $NULL$ )) OR (( $Inbox Path$ = 'Inbox Path') AND ( $Inbox Path$ != $NULL$ ))) AND ( $Unique Identifier$ != 'Unique Identifier') AND ( $Mailbox Function$ = 'Mailbox Function') So if your 'Incoming Mail Server User' (Email Server User) is different, you can have multiple mailboxes. The bit that may catch you out is 'Inbox Path' which seems to be a hidden field. To avoid having a duplicate entry in this field, do not copy-to-new when creating additional mailbox records. I have 2 outgoing mail server configuration that are both enabled and seem to work OK.
