Anand.....

I've got to say that what you just did was very proactive and honest.
While I did not get any of the emails that are being discussed, I know
how agravating "spam" can be.

Dear listers,
Sorry to David and anyone else for the hassle; it was a glitch, we're fixing
it, and you are unsubscribed. If anyone else would also like to be unsubscribed

we were promoting an educational webinar. Unfortunately we chose the wrong
webinar hosting service and they have presented hassles at nearly every step of
the way, including sending duplicate emails. Needless to say we're dropping
them and switching to a much better process. Please accept our apologies, we
won't let this happen again.

Regards,
Anand
