Tarun,

For any record that "all" users should be able to see you can set the
Field 112 value to the "Public" group. That will allow all users to
see that one record.

Yes your option could work too. However you will have the added "cost"
of one more group and the maintenance to maintain "all users" as
members of that group.

One idea in our mind is:
Let us take two groups A and B. In group A include all remedy users and
include in group B only some specific users who wants row level access on
their data and now set the value in assignee group field (field id=112) as
per requirement. But the only difficult thing in this option is to manage
Group A(for all users) every time.

Do you see any other better solution ? Please share.
