Today I see all of our products except Change Management, which has disappeared into oblivion. I have been at an academic conference for four days so had not looked at SupportWeb since Friday. I show AR System, Help Desk, KMXperts, Remedy Other, and SLA/SLM but not Change Management. Whatever they did affected more than one account.
