ARUtilities has a program called ARSetupCreator, that does it for new applications you have developed to create a setup file to install an AR Application.. I have not really used it as yet to create a setup application as yet, but a client I worked for has it, and I've seen its other bits, and it does have a few very useful features that almost replicate the Database Sync thingy, but the good thing about this is that its much faster than the related workflow tool of AR Admin... It doesn't really need seperate data tables to view what you want to view.. You can even modify some of the workflow from within that tool without any problems..
It doesn't cost too much.. I'm not sure though if they have a upgraded version for V7 but they do have one right till 6.3..
