Hi All, I'm trying to configure Change Management v7 application approvals. It's working fine if I define Approval Mapping rules for the RFCs, the process stops for the preconfigured approvals. If I don't configure approval rules for some RFC (genereal ones, not modeled) where the change managers responsibility is to decide who to approve the requests and adds ad hoc approvers the RFC is stepping over the approval phase and jumps to next status (example from Sheduled for Approval to Scheduled). Could someone please help me what I'm doing wrong?
