I believe the reason it is not listed is that 10g was not available when 5.1.2 was released. By the time 10g was release Remedy was up on v6.
You didn't specify which platform (Windows, Sun, HP-UX, ...) you ware using. We ran 5.1.2 (patch 1484) against Oracle 10g (10.2.0) for about 6 months with no problems (We have since upgraded to 6.3). Platform is a Sun Solaris 9 server with the Oracle 8 client (ARS 5x requires the Oracle 8 client, ARS 6.3 Requires the Oracle 9 client) hitting a remote Oracle 10g server.
