Hi, We were wondering if this would be a good match, ARS 7.0.1 and ITSM 6. We want to upgrade to the latest version of ARS, however, we think that ITSM 6.0 is very well suited for us. The new ITSM 7 would be too much of a learning curve. What are the Pros and Cons of this?
Currently on ARS 6.0 and ITSM 6. Any advice would be much appreciated.
