I got the HTML outgoing e-mails to work, and formatted them nicely using the AR System Email Template form and adding my own HTML templates. Here’s my question though…. Without having to get in Perl, or other third party apps, I’m trying to format an e-mail on say when a ticket is (Pending – Requester Information), that is HTML formatted in such a way that lists, the “Customer Worklog” using an area text box, which lists what the question, and then another input box that the customer can type into. When they reply to the e-mail, it goes to the incoming E-mail Engine box, and processes and sets the reply into the “Customer Worklog” updating the field with what the customer wrote for that ticket. Does anyone have an example of how to set this up keeping in mind I’m using HTML formatted e-mails? I tried logging a ticket on this a long time ago, but support wasn’t very helpful on the matter. Thanks!
