Hum, dump file = hard crash.
Ensure you have enough free space in the 'TEMP' directory, and on the drive where the log files are stored for ServletExec. Did anything show in the event log for the time? And how about any IIS error logs? Interesting... What JDK Version? What IIS Version? We have recently started using the mid-tier for certain groups to access Remedy. There have been a couple of times that they have reported problems getting into Remedy. I restart ServletExec and they can get in. I am not familiar enough with apache to know if this is common. I have tried searching the web but no answers. Has anyone else had this issue and found the cause? Our ARS server is 6.00.01 patch 1351 and our mid-tier is Version 6.00.01 patch 1490 RTDB1132385031106 Janet L.
