Sometimes the Windows display setting for DPI can tweak with the way forms
are displayed. Perhaps those users are using a different setting than the
norm.
(Right click on the Desktop, select Properties, select the Settings tab,
and click the advanced button. The DPI setting is on the General tab.)

Re: Display size in user client (Not Midtier)

Yes I was and I want to thank you. I would have taken a week to find
it.The maximized window still needs the scroll and the forms are set at
the Remedy default size. So I am looking in user configurable settings
to see if I can find an answer there. Thank you!
