Murtuza, You can attach the image in the AR System Email Template entry record and reference in the html as /imagename.jpg or you can reference a location like www.website.com/imagename.jpg.

If however the template is generic, like a header format with company log etc, that you want on every email, you can specify this in the configuration record for outgoing emails.
