I have not found a fix, Did not put in a ticket..
I figured it was just me.. it seems not to hurt anything..
But I believe it is a SDC configuration that prevents it from writing to the
registry.
I have not had any issues, except it does come up everytime.

I  am not planning on logging a ticket, as I just don't have the time.. if
the admintool did not work.. I would.
