Hello, everyone win2000 SQL2000 ARS 6.03 path 16 HPD ver. ? modified - upgraded to 5.5 - upgraded to 5.6
Only one User. He always receives notifications from one form (HPD). Filter on Modify checks the STATUS and sends To: SUBMITTER. But, his records in "AR System Email Messages" form always errors from another form (AST). 80 emails for this month. His loginID (from SUBMITTER field) not being translated to his email address form his Profile, it's just his loginID. About 10 people get notified by the same filter from AST form. Never had problems. His Profile (SHR:People) looks OK. Any ideas how to fix it? We do not have BMC Support at this time.
