Just pointing out csv and arx reports are available in
7 midtier now.

I think any additional alternatives should be welcome by all.
Especially as limiting as the current reporting structure is within the
Remedy application and how difficult it can be to generate reports
outside of Remedy, whether via an odbc connection or with a direct
connection to the database.
