In the past week I have ask many questions and I wanted to let everyone know how much I appreciate the answers. I have a few more question that is very important to our environment. We are trying to increase the usage of our Remedy environment as well as improve the perception of our users. As part of the is we are looking at purchasing Kinetic Data's application. (Kinetic Survey) I have several questions that our management is concerned with. The first question regards licensing. I have assured them that the application from Kinetic Data does not violate the License agreement, but they want some form of documentation or assurance the we are not violating any licenses. Any recommendations at to what I can give management would be appreciated. The second question is Management would like an informal survey of any users (independent from Kinetic) that are using the product and there feelings. If there are members of the AR List that are using this software and you have a minute we would like to hear your comments.
